About the room
Close to bus route and grocery. Room is 9 foot by 10 foot with closet and lock on door. You have access to a mini fridge in the room. Access to stove, fridge, microwave, airfryer, washer and dryer. You may use upstairs as a common area. There is a fenced in backyard and driveway is double sided.
About the roomies
The reason I am seeking female only is I have an 18 year old daughter and it is just myself and her living in the home with one friendly Bernese Mountain dog who loves treats and pats. I am a retired paramedic of 21 years and my daughter is going to be attending fire paramedic school within the year. The room is furnished but if you have your own bed, dresser, desk, it is fine to bring it instead.
