You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in this apartment (2 bed, 2 bath). The living room also has it’s own balcony which will be only yours (I have my own balcony). Kitchen and living space are shared. Room and living room are unfurnished (I will be furnishing the living room).

I am a PhD student (in my 30s) with a 5 month old cockapoo puppy. I also work full-time. I am quiet, clean, and want someone who will respect the space and keep it relatively tidy. I work from home, but me and the puppy typically spend all day in my room.
