Fairly large room available in a shared living situation. Can be supplied fully empty or with some furniture (no bed). Rest of the house is furnished but room can be made for your items. There is some storage space in the unit as well as off property but near by. Kitchen is equipped with every appliance and gadget. There is a small washing machine available with a line to dry. Laundry mat for large loads is very close by. There is a shared yard with gazebo, garden, and fire ring. Unit only has 1 bathroom. It is on the main floor and accessible. There is parking for 1 car but it is tandem in the one assigned spot for the unit. Well behaved friendly pets are welcome but must be picked up after. All smoking, must be done outdoors. Additional pics available. Bedroom pics are of my room with queen bed as it is the less chaotic as the old roommate moves out and shows the size of the rooms

I am a very active disabled person. I do use a wheelchair and walker at times. I do have a small service dog who lives people and other animals, sometimes too much. I have a slight addiction to holloween and creepy stuff, I enjoy cooking, gardening, being outdoors and antiquing. I am not a girly girl who will take up a lot of space or time in the shared bathroom. I keep a tidy home and take pride in my spaces. I do not party and prefer a quieter space but backyard BBQs and small friend/ family gatherings do happen, sometimes with neighbors who are all friendly and social. I am not open to having a roommate who regularly use hard drugs or brings them onto the property at any time.
