About the roomies

This is a 3 bedroom plus one bedroom in the basement townhouse with 3 washrooms. Only my daughter or sometimes me lives in the property. We are looking for a clean, respectful and responsible individual to live with us. Must be comfortable with small dog as we occasionally bring him with us.
