The room also has two large closets with plenty of storage! Separate three piece bathroom for your own personal use , but it is attached to the laundry room. Shared use of the upstairs kitchen, but you have your own full size fridge/ freezer downstairs. Shared use of the backyard (bbq, deck, and outdoor fireplace). The house is located in the North End of Peterborough, on a quiet, mature, tree lined street. The house is located within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students (Bus 6) and Fleming College students. There is also a bus stop located within walking distance for those individuals looking to go downtown ( less than a 10 minute bus ride). Close to amenities (Walmart, convenience store, grocery stores, fast food restaurants and Dollar Rama). The rent includes utilities (heat, hydro, water, wifi and Cogeco t.v.). The room is available for single occupancy $1,000/ month or for a couple $1,500/ month. Looking for someone that is friendly, respectful, and keeps there living areas clean. Must love pets! We have three dogs and two senior cats.

The Homeowners are mature adults in their 50s, both working full time. My husband works in manufacturing and I work in healthcare. One adult daughter living at home in her mid 20s, and works as an E.C.E assistant. One other tenant living upstairs. We enjoy reading, photography, fishing, baking, watching a good movie.
