This is a 3bd 2.5bath Penthouse apartment on the top floor, the terrace gives you a beautiful view of the farm & city.

You have your own private bathroom as well (Tub, shower, toilet, sink/vanity) & ample space in the common closets for any other storage needs!

Room comes with an ikea floor lamp & pink chair that transforms to single bed for guests or extra seating (furniture can be removed from room as well if requested!)

Room overlooks the experimental farm & has panoramic views of Gatineau Hills.

Shared/Common Areas would be the entrance closets (broom & supply closets, coat closets etc). Living room, kitchen, dining area, terrace.

The apartment is fully furnished, including many appliances for the kitchen for any chefs or food lovers! Currently small herb garden is also growing in the kitchen :)

There is underground/above ground parking available at a cost thats not included in rent (approx $90-100 per month for parking)

Our Building comes with interconnected basement to adjacent building, two laundry rooms, a nicely equipped gym, and two pools (indoor/outdoor) as well as bicycle parking area. Building near us also has a small convenience store in 3min walking distance!

Buildings are right beside bus stop 86 Tunneys/Antares, about 10min from Tunneys Pasture, Wellington, Hintonburg & Westboro, Civic Hospital. Going towards baseline we are 8-15min away from Walmart, Loblaws Dollarama, Costco etc.

For nature lovers; the experimental farm has a long bike path going through the farm and the Ornamental Farm, very short distance to Hogsback Falls too!

Very close to Algonquin College & Carleton University, Train from Tunneys available for UOttawa. Overall good location, very accessible since all main hot spots are nearby!

My partner Adam and I are the leaseholders and main occupants in the apartment. My partner works from home in his own office.

Hes big into monster hunter & pokemon, we both love walking on the farm, hanging out with our friends & cooking together! We are 420 friendly :)

We have a 4 year old orange male cat, Chai, with us who is extremely friendly and curious! Just a hairy little guy who will want to sit in your vicinity and hang out, he will absolutely try to seduce you for food (do not trust him).

I am a huge plant lover!! our apartment is full of plants and paintings and suncatchers! I love decorating, crafting & bedazzling, cooking for my friends, taking care of my plants!

Overall, we love taking care of our cat & our home, it is a big and beautiful space & we look forward to hosting on special occasions!
