Husband and wife in a home and we have two bedrooms that we want to rent out, you will have a semi private bathroom on upstairs floor as we have our own ensuite, shared kitchen, laundry and use of our backyard space and appliances, also shared powder room bathroom on main floor, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen with modern appliances , newly painted home , want quiet, respectful individuals, we have a dog he is super friendly, so a roommate that has an animal may not be best suited as he is mainly only human friendly.

We are located right off mapleton and veterans , right around corner from food basics plaza on Quance Street, very close to a lot of stores, amenities , and restaurants. Across the road to Mapleview park
