Hi everyone! I’m helping find a female replacement roommate for a private room in a shared apartment near Dundas & Beverley.

The room is available from August 1, with a late July move-in date possible. Short-term rental in August may also be possible.

📍 Great central location, steps from UofT, AGO, Discovery District, Baldwin Village, Chinatown, Queen West, and about 1 km from TIFF.

Transit is very convenient: the 505 streetcar stop is right nearby, Queen streetcar/501 access is about a 10-minute walk away, St. Patrick subway station is under 10 minutes by foot, and Spadina streetcar access is also close by.

Lease/approval is subject to landlord approval and fit with the current roommate.

You’d be sharing with one female roommate, a PhD student. Best suited for someone clean, respectful, communicative, and non-smoking or smoke-outside-only. The apartment has a quiet, private atmosphere, so it would be a good fit for someone who is not a partier and has a similar lifestyle. Alcohol-free is preferred. Occasional shared meals or good conversation are welcome, but there is also plenty of space for privacy.
