This room is large and includes an ensuite bathroom. It’s an older house on a beautiful lot only 5; minute walk to the bay. It’s not fancy here but it’s warm and friendly. Just got a heat pump installed for year-round comfort.

I’m a retired teacher with a 10 year old golden doodle. i now have a small business and work at home. I value cleanliness and a willingness to help out around the house and yard. I want my roomie to feel comfortable and treat my home as their home. I have no specific rules, just that we respect each other’s privacy. Loud parties are discouraged. University students are welcome, No smoking anywhere inside.
