This is a great living space , There are 2 furnished bedrooms downstairs. Both are rented at the moment. , but there is one available Oct 1st There is also furnished common areas. , like big screen tv, couch , shared kitchen area , with microwave, fridge , wine cooler , coffee machine , air fryer , slow cooker, all plates utensils etc. Are provided . Just need ur personal belongings. .all utilities are extra , but split. .separate entrance . Laundry provided. But on main level, as I live upstairs . Close to marina and beach . Walking distance to grocery , banks etc. Parking. Available . Looking for professional working person , thats clean . Tidy , and quiet. .
