We are looking for a new roommate for the master bedroom in our 3-bedroom condo, available starting August 1st. [The building] This is a very clean condo just in front of Joyce Station. There are amenities, such as a Gym, study rooms, common spaces, and a concierge, available for free use.

[The Rooms]

• Master Bedroom ($1500/month): Spacious and private. The current occupant moves out on July 27th, and the room will be unfurnished—a perfect blank canvas for your own style. (Note: As the current occupant is moving out, I am currently unable to provide photos of the master bedroom, but I am happy to arrange a viewing!)

• Alternative Option ($1250/month): If the master is not a perfect fit, I am also open to renting out my current smaller room (fully furnished) instead. If you choose this option, you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

• Internet, Hydro bills are included.

• 1 underground car parking slot available

[Roomies] We are two working professionals (male and female). We value a quiet and respectful living environment where everyone’s privacy is prioritized. While we have enjoyed relaxing and watching Netflix in the living room together, the furniture will be changing soon, so we look forward to figuring out a new layout for the common area with our new roommate.
