Room for rent in executive family home. Close to Western. Bedroom is in the basement and includes use of a rarely used sitting room and a 2 piece washroom. You would also have almost exclusive use of a 4 pc bathroom upstairs. Bedroom is available furnished with a double bed and a dresser. Pictures show how previous tenant furnished it with their own desk. Sitting room is furnished with couches, coffee table, and a tv stand (must provide own TV). Looking for a quiet student who will appreciate a tidy home.

We are a middle aged couple whose last child has moved out and we have a lot of space! This is a 5 bedroom home and we only rent out 1 bedroom to a tenant. We are tidy and generally quiet, though we do like to laugh a lot. We provide toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent. We also pay for the house to be cleaned once per month.
