About the room
Hello I’m helping my mom fill a couple of rooms in our home. The inside of the house is fully renovated. All appliances are brand new. Extra parking in the back lot if needed. Close to Langara Canada Line Station, Steps away from Langara college. Close to Main St Bus stops.
House is 4 bedroom 2 bath. My mom will have her own ensuite bathroom. The main washroom will be shared between 3 tenants. Maximum number of other tenants of the house is only 3 to keep traffic minimum around the shared spaces such as kitchen and washroom.
There are currently 2 rooms available, currently listing as unfurnished. Comes with built in closets. Message for viewing
Utilities is split between tenants upstairs unit and downstairs unit(separate unit and renters) (4 upstairs plus 2 downstairs total of 6) usually around $20 a month for fortis gas and $20 every 2 months for hydro.
About the roomies
My mom will be the main tenant of the house, it is a big adjustment for her since both me and my brother will be moving out. She has years of homestay experience and is looking forward to hosting again.
