Kitchen, dining, laundry, and balcony is shared by 3 roomies. Bathroom to be shared by only by 2. The unit has courtyard park views from balcony, and is insulated from main road noise.It is a quiet, study focussed environment.

Fully furnished with free standing closet with mirror, bed, mattress, height adjustable computer table, computer chair, night table, lamp etc. Walk in with suitcases only. Crockey and cutlery in kitchen is free to use. Locker room storage available for suitcases. All inclusive with electricity, Water, AC, heating, internet.

Fitness centre, yoga room, Wifi (computer) room, green courtyard, rooftop swimming pool, lounge terrace, party room/dining area, BBQ area, and guest suite are in the buliding.

Wilson subway Station walk 6 mins, Coffee and pasteries downstairs, Wilson Mall shops 7/10 minutes.Transit wise very central - can reach places of interest in Toronto in 30 minutes or less. York Univ. 15/20 mins, Univ. of Toronto 30 mins. Yordale Shopping Malls, and city bus terminal 15 mins Eglinton transit connection at Cedarvale stn 15 mins. Bloor subway line connection at St.George stn 25 mins Downtown colleges and universities 25 to 40 minutes.
