A spacious room with a big closet. Storeage space available in basement. Bus stop right across from entrance , less then 1 minutes walk. Grocery stores with unn 2-3 km walk. Heat , Hydro and internet is split in half. Family oriented, clean and safe neighborhood .

About the roomies

We are a quiet , mom and teen daughter- family, sharing one room. We do not listen to loud music.we do not allow male visitors in the house. Preference is for south asians of Muslim origin only preferred 30 plus or a mature lady in 20 yrs plus
