• $1050/mo rent ($2995 total rent split 3 ways according to room size) + hydro and wifi -Option for (free!) large wardrobe from roommate who is leaving
• Very spacious and large windows
• Large living room with a balcony attached
• In-building laundry
• Pet friendly About the Area -Easy access to bus routes 10,12,6,7 - and 5-10 min walk to Lyon station
• 5-10 min walk to grocery store (Food Basics) -Close to both Chinatown and Downtown

About the Roomies -2 young professionals -Myself (25f) and roomie (26m)
