Nice sunny room in NDG, close to shops, metro, bus stop right out front. It’s a clean and quiet apartment with lots of storage space, nice residential area that’s very safe and with plenty of community events and activities all around

I’m an artist with a day job. I’m a writer, comedian, illustrator, and filmmaker. I keep myself occupied with my creative work and going to the gym. I’m sober, although a strictly sober household is not necessarily what I require. I don’t mind having a roommate who has a couple of drinks and occasionally hosts people at the apartment, but I’m not a huge party person and would not want that at all in my apartment.
