About the room
This is a very cute mini suite. It has a private deck and a sitting room that is currently being set up. This is pretty much a self contained bed sit with its own mini fridge , microwave , toaster oven etc. it is furnished so very little storage is available . The suite is on the second floor and is very private. It would be ideal for a student doing a locum or practicum or short term medical practitioner. This property is in upper Gibsons and has 6 transit stops within 2-3 blocks . There are two resident kitties who can be kept out of the living space but you must like cats and not be allergic otherwise 😻this space won’t work .
About the roomies
Only one other resident(female) which is the owner of the house . Semi retired and just enjoying living on the coast.
