hello everyone! i am looking for TWO roommates to share a upper unit duplex with. the property is located in Corktown hamilton and is minutes from the go station, grocery stores, and anything else you need.

the unit is a 3 bed two bath upper level duplex, with one bedroom on the second floor and two on the third floor. the place is newly renovated, and is all inclusive. the place now has a fridge, stove, and microwave. the rent is 2150 all inclusive. i am looking for two young, respectful, and easygoing roommates for either an August or September 1st move in with a 1 year lease! i myself am in university so would prefer younger roomies to live with. if you are interested please let me know and dm me :).
