It’s a large room with a desk and access to a sitting area in the open solarium. The large kitchen is shared. The room comes with it’s own bathroom. As well, you will have a space to yourself in the solarium. The cost is $1,300/month.
About the roomies
I’m the owner of this condo. I work from home, and absolutely love this location and the apartment. I renovated it completely when I purchased it. It’s open concept with a beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has the most gorgeous view of False Creek. The rental room was my daughter’s room. I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and mature. PhD students or grad students are welcome.
