This is a 3 story ( basement, main, upstairs) townhouse in the Brighton area. I have 1 room available for rent which includes a shared bathroom with you and one other tenant. (There is a half bath on the main floor though). We also have an unfinished basement which is mainly used for storage, and a small fenced in back yard with turf for grass. Rent is $750 + utilities & wifi. $750 damage deposit as well due when signing 1 year lease. No smoking, women only, preferably student or working professional. usually not pet friendly but this can be discussed with landlord. Some more info:

Hi! My name is Eve, I’m 24, working in insurance currently. I was a hairstylist for 3 years tho, so if you have medium-long hair, I can give you a killer blowout which is a bonus lol! I enjoy spending time with my friends, hosting games nights and drinks every now and then, I like to play pickle ball, and I like watching movies! My roommate is a singer/songwriter and she works in the education system. We are both clean and respectful. We are both pretty quiet in the mornings and at night during the week to be respectful of our neighbours and each other. We both like to go out once in a while and host get-togethers with our friends as well. We’re hoping to find one more person who has similar lifestyles to us and who is looking to have a friendship with their roommates.
