The home features a shared living room with comfortable couches and a dining table, as well as a shared kitchen. The bathroom includes a bathtub that’s actually spacious enough to enjoy a bath comfortably.

Your bedroom includes a closet and a large window. The room comes furnished with two single beds, but there is also a spare double bed available if you would prefer a larger bed. If you have your own furniture, I can empty the room. There is also a basement for additional storage, as well as in-house laundry.

The house is located in a safe neighbourhood close to many restaurants, shops, and other amenities. A parking pad is available behind the house.

Dogs are welcome, provided they are non-shedding and a good fit for the household.

There are two of us living in the house, each with our own bedroom. We’re both quiet, respectful, and tend to keep to ourselves. We each have a puppy, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with dogs.
