I’m looking to find a roommate to rent a place together, as I haven’t secured a property yet. My housing budget is between CAD $2,000 and $2,600 per month and total utilities 150-250 cad per month. I’m searching within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), particularly in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, or Toronto. I’m flexible regarding the type of property—whether it’s a house, apartment, or condo. My main priorities are that the home is not a basement unit, is located in a relatively safe neighbourhood, the living area is seperate from the kitchen area(a very nice to have) and has good access to public transit and essential amenities.

I’m a working professional who works hybrid and genuinely enjoys what I do. I’m Muslim, a non-smoker, and I’m looking to share a home with another female non-smoker.

I’m quiet, respectful, and value a calm, clean, and comfortable living environment. I cook regularly and always clean up after myself, and I’m looking for someone who does the same. I believe in respecting shared spaces, communicating openly, and being considerate of each other’s privacy and routines.

The home would be occupied by just the two of us, so I’m looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and easy to live with. I’m open to roommates of all races and ethnicities, preferably between their mid-20s and 40s. I also appreciate someone who pays bills on time, and treats the home with care.
