Beautiful property 5 minutes up highway 17 beside Hiawatha. Sault college is a 12 minute drive. The room is about 9.5’ x 11’ and includes a bed. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is lots of space in the basement to store your extra stuff and some room in the garage for bikes etc. You must have a vehicle to stay here and preferably AWD for winter months.

Your room will be across the hall from mine and we would share the bathroom and kitchen. There is another roommate at the other end of the house who uses the kitchen. We are both quiet and clean. I have a dog who is nice, but he does shed so if you have allergies please consider that.
