Everyone is expected to tidy up after themselves and complete one assigned cleaning chore each week.

There are also two friendly dogs in the home, so you must be comfortable living with dogs.

I am a teacher. Two of my adult sons live with me, along with a cocker spaniel and a pomeranian. There are two other renters who are typically working professionals from around the world. We are all friendly and helpful and make a nice mini-community, with room to both hang out and have your own space. We work to keep the place tidy through the week as well as regular shared cleaning chores on the weekend.
