A furnished private bedroom is available in a shared 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in downtown Toronto, near Dundas Street West and University Avenue.

The building is secure and well maintained, with laundry facilities and a fitness room. The apartment has a dishwasher and is fully furnished; the bedroom is furnished as well. You would share the kitchen and bathroom with one other female roommate.

The location is very convenient: about a 5-minute walk to UofT, 3 minutes to St. Patrick Station, and within walking distance of UHN, SickKids, Mount Sinai, Toronto General, Toronto Western, Princess Margaret, grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown amenities.

Available from August 1 or September 1 for a one-year lease. Utilities are included. One occupant only; no couples. No smoking, vaping, pets, or parties.

You would be living with one female PhD student. I value a home that feels calm, clean, respectful, and comfortable. I am friendly and happy to chat, but I also appreciate privacy and an independent roommate dynamic.

I am looking for a female roommate who is a full-time graduate student or professional, ideally with a regular weekday schedule that is mostly outside the apartment. This arrangement would not be the best fit for someone who works from home full-time.

I am hoping to find someone considerate, communicative, and reliable about keeping shared areas clean and respecting each other’s space. Occasional visitors are fine, but the apartment is not suited to frequent gatherings or overnight couples.
