I’m looking for a female roommate to she a 2bed 2 bathroom apartment in the Distillery District/Canary Landing area, with a move-in date of October 1st.

Rent is $1768/month + utilities and tenants insurance (~$100 a month)

Building is fairly new, with Amenities including a gym, pool, sauna, cinema rooms, bbq patios and more.

I’m looking for a working professional around their late-20s, who is financially stable and comfortable, clean, fun and friendly, and I can get along with in-terms of personality and lifestyle

Non-negotiables: female roommate only. no pets, smoke-free home. Full time employed with proof of income, strong credit history, rental reference. last month’s rent required

I’m a 27 year old Nigerian British, who moved to Toronto just over 2 years ago. I’m a professional in the Advertising industry, and predominately work from home. I’m genuinely quite outgoing and love a great time, but value my quiet time at home to unwind and recharge.

Outside of work, I love to play sports, gym, go out to eat and hang out with friends
