3.10 x 3.50 meter unfurnished room with carpet floor and ceiling fan, with about 1.5 m2 wardrobe and window coming out on Curtis Street and private bathroom. In the centre of the apartment there is spacious living room (unfurnished as of yet because I just moved in) and kitchen with all neccesary appliances. Laundry room is in the basement of the building, as well as bike storage area and storage locker. There is an assigned parking spot that is unused as of yet because I have no car. Building is within 5 minute walk to the gym, supermarket and library. Quiet neighbours because the building has no-kids policy. Cats should be fine, but I’ll have to double check. Water, heating, electricity and internet is included in the bill.

Single engineer in his late 20’s who recently moved to Canada. Used to living with people, use headphones on daily basis so you won’t have to constantly listen to my music. I don’t smoke or snore. Will be sitting in my room most of the time minding my own business. Let’s go grab a beer or few to figure out if we can stomach each other on daily basis.
