Enjoy a newly renovated 2 story house with 3 other roommates [all working], and a private bathroom. Walking distance to broadway and all it has to offer, access to major bus routes. One tenant already has a cat in the house [in case you are allergic]. shared laundry. 3 bedrooms on 2nd story, room that is avail is on main floor, laundry in basement. [house is in saskatoon - no idea where gladmer came from!]
