Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom upper level on Finlayson! Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, giving everyone their own space and privacy.

There are 2 rooms available. We may only fill 1 for the first month, so we can get settled before deciding on a roommate for the 3rd room.

The home features a spacious shared kitchen and living room, along with separate in-suite laundry. It’s clean, well maintained, and designed to make shared living comfortable and easy.

The location is fantastic - just minutes from Uptown, Downtown Victoria, grocery stores, Hillside Centre, restaurants, parks, transit, and the Galloping Goose Trail, making it easy to get wherever you need to go.

Pets are welcome with landlord approval, so we’re happy to consider the right furry roommate as well.

One important thing to mention is that Jenni and I are both gluten-free, and I have celiac disease. Because of that, we do need a bit of extra care when it comes to kitchen cleanliness and preventing cross-contamination. We know these considerations can be a bit inconvenient, but they’re very important for our health and allow us to safely share a kitchen. We’d prefer not to have wheat or other gluten-containing flours used in the house, as flour can become airborne and contaminate surfaces. Crumbs from regular bread and other gluten-containing foods also need to be cleaned up right away to avoid cross-contamination. If you do bake with regular flour, we’d simply ask that extra precautions are taken and the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned afterward. I’m also an avid gluten-free cook and baker, and I’m always happy to suggest great substitutions that work just as well and taste great (and are often healthier!).

We’re looking to create a relaxed, respectful home where everyone feels comfortable, communicates well, and enjoys having a clean, welcoming place to come home to.

We’re Stefan and Jenni, a couple in our mid-30s who are excited to have recently found an amazing place to call home, come August 1st.

Jenni works full-time as a Medical Office Assistant at Royal Jubilee Hospital, and I work full-time as a Carpenter. We’re financially stable, clean, respectful, and take pride in maintaining a comfortable, welcoming home.

We’re easygoing and value open communication, mutual respect, and consideration for shared spaces. We enjoy cooking, hiking, paddleboarding, and getting outdoors, but we’re just as happy spending a quiet evening at home watching a movie on our 85“ TV.

We’re looking for a mature, responsible roommate who appreciates a clean, relaxed household and is interested in a stable, long-term living arrangement rather than just a temporary place to stay. We believe the best shared homes are built on trust, communication, and everyone doing their part.

We’re non-smokers (though we do vape), enjoy a couple of drinks or a joint in the evening, and appreciate a laid-back lifestyle while still being respectful of shared spaces and each other’s routines. We’re looking forward to creating a friendly, comfortable home where everyone feels welcome.
