About the room

The room is large with a private washroom, large wardrobe and an attached balcony. The building is attached to the mall, so it is super convenient. Hydro and wifi is included in 1450. Dont think it gets much better than this 2Bed and 2Bath, master bedroom for rent. Rent includes hydro and wifi. Clean and clear property. Kitchen is fully furnished and free to use. Every room has its own Air-conditioning unit with cooling and heating. Building is connected to the Rio-Can Yonge and Eglinton centre which has Metro, LCBO, GoodLife and connected to the TTC line 1, 5 and buses. Downtown is only 15mins away. Convenience is great. No in-suit laundry unfortunately but the building has a large laundry room with over 40 washers and dryers which always works.

About the roomies

I am the only other person in the apartment and i as well have my own washroom, so no worries there. I am a chef so the kitchen is clean and fully equipped. I keep the apartment clean and i dont have any parties as im always at work lol.
