Very new and spacious building in a lovely neighbourhood, close to the Glebe, downtown, and Centretown. The area is convenient, walkable, and close to transit, shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials.

The unit itself is bright, comfortable, and modern, with in-unit laundry, AC, heated floors, utilities included, and closets with built-in lighting. The room is spacious and can easily fit a bed, desk, and more, while still feeling open and comfortable.

Hi! I’m Rae. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and independent. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure home feels comfortable for everyone.

I’m friendly and always down for occasional chats or hanging out, but I also really value my own space and I’m usually in my room. I cook often, so I would love to live with someone who is comfortable sharing the kitchen and keeping it clean after use.

I don’t smoke or vape, and I’m not into partying. I’m looking for a calm, respectful home with someone easygoing and considerate.
