My 2 roomates are leaving by September 1st. Apartment is on the 28th floor with an amazing view of downtown Van. I’m looking for 2 new roomates that are planning to stay for at least a full year until August 27. There are two rooms available , it’s a large place , you get your own room , closet , bed , awesome views , the two rooms have a large SHARED bathroom+shower , and the rooms are adjacent .

Mutual area - very spacious living room+kitchen+dining area , a balcony pointing east overlooking the marine area and the ocean+mountains , a beautiful (and working) piano , and I bought a small guitar you’re welcome to rock with anytime .

There’s a free POOL+JACUZZI+SAUNA ROOM+GYM on the third floor availabe everyday from morning to night.

Well , I’m the roomy ! I’m an artist in my soul , doing 2D , 3D , and music (singing\piano\guitar\beatboxing) , I’m also online student studying environment creation for games , I’m peaceful , social , clean . I like to cook , read books , hang out on discord with my buddies , I brought a ps5 with me if you’re down for some fighting games or whatever.
