The apartment is on the 28th floor with an amazing view of downtown Van. There’s one room available , it’s a large place , great views , the two rooms have a large shared bathroom+shower , and the rooms are adjacent .
Mutual area - very spacious living room+fireplace+kitchen+pantry+dining area , a balcony pointing east overlooking the marine area and the ocean+mountains , a beautiful (and working) piano , and I bought a small guitar you’re welcome to rock with anytime.
There’s also a POOL+JACUZZI+SAUNA ROOM+GYM on the third floor of the building availabe for everyone everyday from morning to night.

Well , I’m the roomy ! I’m an artist , doing 3D , 2D , and music (singing\piano\guitar\beatboxing) , I’m also an online student studying environment creation for games. I’m peaceful , social , clean . I go to the gym , I cook , read books , hang out on discord with my buddies and generally lead a lowk lifestyle.
