I am currently living in the space and looking to sub-let it.

The upstairs tenants are my family and a friend. 3 people will reside upstairs. There is a door that locks from upstairs to the laundry room and the laundry room from your own private space. 1 women and 2 men between the ages of 28-32. One works for the government online, One works at a mental health and addictions centre and one works at a restaurant. They are very lgbtq and pet friendly. They own 1 dog and 1 cat. They are very easy going and easy to communicate with. They have been living on the property for one year and are looking to move out in the late spring or early summer of next year.
