All you utilities included in the rent unless you add to the cost in some manner. The second bedroom is big enough that a queen size bed will fit in and still be able to walk beside the bed.

Only myself and my youngish son part-time (50%) who will sleep in my room. I am 40 years old and don’t live like a slub. I own the condo. I am quiet, work full time, and cook at home most of the days I am here. My hobbies typically are all of the outdoor types ,TV and the odd time PC gaming. I keep a clean condo and clean regularly, looking for similar tidy habits. Willing to mount TVs on the walls or other types of changes to accommodate a roommate. Let me know /ask
