The unit is in a nice apartment building with a 24h concierge and security, gym, terrace and other amenities, and is a 1min walk from Osgoode subway station. The area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops on Queen st at a walkable distance, as well as a No Frills, Rabbas, Rexall and Shoppers for groceries less than a 10min walk away.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom with myself, and the rent includes water and hydro (WiFi is an extra $30). Most of the communal furniture is included, and the rest will be bought by myself in September :).

Please note that the room is technically a den with sliding doors, but a lock and curtains have been installed for privacy.

The only other roommate will be myself! I’m a 22 year old female student at U of T, going into my last year of undergrad. I mostly keep to myself, and some of my hobbies include baking, biking and trying new places to eat in the city, playing video games and watching plays/musicals :).
