We are a semi-retired couple, looking for a quiet, clean, honest, reliable person, to rent a fully furnished room. There is only one other guy renting a room that you will share a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with. Available August 15th, $1000 per month. Included in the rent are all utilities (air, heat, water) fast internet (there is a television in the room with fire stick and access to our Bell Fibe package including Crave and HBO), fully functional kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc.. Towels and linens are also provided. You would have access to the back deck and BBQ. The room has a lock on it and we have a Ring/Alfred security system and automated lights. We live in a very quiet area, with a park behind us and access to buses. We live on site and do not permit parties or illegal drugs. The person we choose, should be compatible with all of us and, either be employed full time, university or college student. There is an application to be filled out and if chosen for the room, we require 1st & last months rent up front, a 1 year lease to be signed. Three season parking(if winter parking is needed, we will make arrangements). We look after lawn, snow removal and clean the entire house, except the guys rooms ,bathroom & kitchen (the renters are expected to keep bathroom and kitchenette clean).

One other male to share bathroom and kitchenette with. We also live on site.
