We are looking for a long-term roommate to fill furnished bedroom in a 5½ 3 bedroom apartment, available August 1st. You would be taking on a lease transfer that ends May 1st, 2027 with renewal.

Ideally, you’re communicative, reliable, considerate of noise, willing to help with household chores, and keep common areas clean and tidy.

Preference will be given to individuals who are working full-time or pursuing studies.

About us: Hi! I’m Luke, a 22-year-old master’s student in Engineering at McGill. I am quite an active person and I enjoy going on runs, exploring new places in Montreal on my bike, and cross-country skiing in the winter. I am also an avid home cook and you’ll see me cooking in the kitchen most days of the week, and I also enjoy baking bread.

Hey, I’m Benjamin. I’m 21, and currently doing a bachelors in graphic design at UQAM. In my free time I like to wander around on my bike and do film photography, and street photography, and sometimes both at once. I consider myself a bit of a nerd, I’m curious and interested by how things work. I love apples and sorbet.

We would describe ourselves as easygoing, respectful, clean, and fairly routine-oriented during the week. We’re looking for somebody with a similar mindset—someone who’s happy to chat occasionally or enjoy a beer on the balcony from time to time, while also maintaining and respecting shared spaces.
