Roommate qualities we are looking for: Quiet, respectful, responsible, cleans up after themselves, takes initiative.
We have a large space. Friends + get togethers are welcome. But, as we are all working professionals in our late 20’s, we want a place we can come home to relax and be at peace most of the time.
Easy to get along with, communicates openly
Willing to share duties like taking out the garbage
Cleaning/household tasks are talked about among roommates but it is expected we all will clean up after ourselves and be mindful of the shared spaces we all will have to use.
We have a WhatsApp group to chat
*We do Instacart orders for shared household products like paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We split the costs and will most likely continue to make orders like this + split costs for essential items we share in the future.
The Townhouse:
Three floors First floor = kitchen, living room with a TV, dining table, and a large patio with a bbq, and a powder room. Second floor = occupied by 2 people + shared bathroom. Laundry located here. Third floor = occupied by 2 people + shared bathroom. Room for rent is located here
Your Room: Spacious room with a south-facing window & a large balcony, queen size bed, a nightstand, bookcase, and a separate closet just outside the room.
Willing to sell furniture (desk, dresser, lamps, office chair, small document drawer) for a low price, as these were purchased by me and was not provided with the room. Can definitely talk about it on viewing.
The Building: has amenities like a gym, saunas, outdoor pool, billiards table, foosball, library, and foodcourt.

A little bit about us, the unit is currently occupied by 3 females (1 leaving), 1 male all in our late 20s. We are all working professionals - 2 of us work from home. We enjoy a quiet and clean living space and are looking for a roommate who aligns with this lifestyle. We have been living with each other for 3 years.
