TTC bus #101 stops at the corner of the park, just a one-minute walk from the home, with convenient connections to Downsview Park Station and Wilson Station, as well as easy access to downtown Toronto and the Financial District.

All bedrooms are located on floors 2–4, providing added privacy and a comfortable living environment.

The available room is a large, bright 4th-floor ensuite with a private bathroom, park views, and a King-size bed.

Public areas include the kitchen and living area on the main floor, as well as laundry facilities in the basement. These areas are shared with other tenants and the homeowner in a quiet household setting.

Basic cookware, dishes, and kitchen utensils are available for tenant use.
