UNIT:

• 2 bed + den + 1 bathroom; you would be living with only me and my 2 cats / 2 doggos • in-unit washer and dryer • The room is the corner unit of the N/W facing floor-to-ceiling windows (beautiful sunsets), and it is FURNISHED with: - double bed frame + bed (with a bedcover since new) - 4 drawer dresser - smart TV + firestick - desk + chair - side table / lamp / etc. - black out curtains on the West Side and roller blinds throughout • this unit can be unfurnished, but let’s have a conversation about it–however, the price will remain the same • Guest parking is available but limited to roughly 10 a month (as per unit in the condo) • You can rent a spot, but it is expensive at around 300 per month • Condo Shared Amenities include: Gym, Indoor Pool, Indoor Sauna, Indoor Court, Outdoor Hot Tub, BBQ’s

About the roomies

Early 30’s, I work in hospitality, so I’m usually home in the daytime and working evenings, where I return home anywhere as late as 5am (especially with the World Cup) • On my days off, I’m usually running errands, going to workout classes/the gym • I sometimes have friends over, but when I do, I give a heads up—as I expect the same respect to do the same • I have 2 small cats / 2 medium/large doggo ◦ All are very affectionate and the doggo’s can be high energy (the pets will seek some form of attention and it would be nice if you acknowledged them with grace) • LGBTQ friendly, 420 friendly (no smoking inside), social drinker
