Right by TMU and Yonge and Dundas / Eaton Center. Super walkable area. Safe (lived here over 4 years now and never had any issues). Landlord is incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is on the 10th floor and is very spacious compared to most downtown condos at around 950 sq ft, separate kitchen area. The room is a full room at 10x11 feet that fits a full queen sized bed and a desk with room for a tv upfront. TLDR: super walkable area, lots of places to eat nearby, 7 min walk to TMU/dundas station and Eaton Center/spacious room with sunlight

My name is Mukunda I’ve been living here for about 4 years now with my one roommate (my buddy from uni) who had to move to ottowa for work. I graduated from Waterloo and now work downtown in consulting. I enjoy an active lifestyle and am usually at the office 3-4 days a week. I’m not really a party animal but definitely social and enjoy summer patios, hikes and running in my spare time. Hoping to find a chill, respectful roommate since I really love this apartment and area and would not want to move out especially given how spacious the place is for the rent. On the weekends I usually just hangout with friends or go out on a run, read on the balcony or watch tv (large tv in the living room). Currently binging the world cup
