We have a three bedroom house with one shared upstairs bathroom and one main floor bathroom. The house has a 4 car driveway with a garage. The garage can be used for working on your personal vehicle (within reason). There is a private fenced in back yard the two rear bedrooms overlook. We can furnish the room with a new mattress, dresser, etc. if needed. The house faces an open park and is a 5 minuet walk from the Cole Harbour community centre. There is a plaza with a Sobeys just a 10 minuet walk away as well. The street is very quiet and friendly. We will also be updating the house slowly, but no major renovations that will disrupt the living space or your ability to enjoy the common spaces or your room. The house has a mini-split heat pump on the main floor and a circulation system to help keep it cool.

Andrew is a 30 year old mechanical engineer who works from home. Julia is a kinesiologist who is attending MSVU to achieve an undergrad in dietetics. We have an older cat, who is very sweet and cuddly. Because of her age, we cannot introduce new pets like dogs or cats. Julia and Andrew are both very active and outdoors driven when the weather cooperates. We are both very clean and tidy individuals and want to find someone with the same value to live with. We are looking for a younger working professional or student to share our house with.
