I have a furnished, bright, quiet and clean room with a closet for rent in Scarborough. It’s in a 3 bedrooms detached house. It located near Ellesmere Rd. & Scarborough golf club Rd. 3min to bus. Close to Centennial College and Toronto University. The house has hardwood floors, Landry, Gas Furnace, CAC. Monthly rent is $825 include utility ( Heat, electricity, CAC, washer, dryer and water ). Very quiet, nice and safe neighborhood. This room will be available on August 1st. Students, immigration workers are welcomed. Please text or call If the ad is up, it’s still available.
