So our lease is ending next month and im moving out by my roommate is wanting to stay here and just find someone else to move into my room.

I do have a bed and dresser in there I can leave if you dont have one or I can also take it with me.

The location is nice for a student. I was doing my animation classes at VFS here. There is a bus stop just outside that takes you to the skytrain in 5 minutes.

For the price also ive found this place to be pretty spacious! Also we dont have control of these but the landlord of the place installed coin washer and dryer for laundry. $0.75 a load which isnt much but still should know.

Rent is going to be month to month.

My Roomate is working at the moment at metro mall. They were a hair stylist for a bit but now moved to something else for stability. They are clean. Quiet, Respectful and they pull their weight. I can say its been very easy roommating with them. We are high-school friends. Known eachother for a long time so I do vouch for their character!

They are a 31 year old trans-woman. Very LGBT friendly. And very cannabis friendly too.
