The property itself had alot of amenities from a gym, spacious study lounge, games area, theatre room, sauna and casual spaces that are great for student living. A bus stop is directly in front of the property and there is also a bus terminal across from the property at Masonville place so transportation is efficient. Overall lovely place to live.

I am a student at Western looking for someone to takeover my lease as I will no longer be doing off campus living and will move in back with my parents. You would have one roommate and he is a very chill and clean guy who keeps to his space and goes by the nickname Oz. He is also a student at Western.
