The home is shared with two women and one dog. The available room includes a built-in closet, a twin mattress, two nightstands, a lamp, and a corner table. The furniture can be removed if it isn’t needed.

Shared spaces include a large living room, updated kitchen with addition dining space and well sized bathroom. The garage offers free storage great for bikes, seasonal gear etc. and the backyard is fully fenced and private with grass lot and patio furniture. Backyard also has shed for more storage.

$1,300 rent includes driveway parking, utilities, wi-fi, and on-site laundry shared with another unit. No pets. Smoking is allowed outside only.

Location is a 3 minute walk to nearest bus stop. 7 minute walk to Don mills express bus stop. 10 minute walk to NoFrills plaza which includes banks, restaurants, medical offices, and other convenient amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Because this is a shared home with a shared bathroom and common living spaces, this room is best suited for a woman. No new students and no couples, please.

My name is Emily and I’m a 32 year old female that has been in Canada for 3 years, originally from the USA. I have been working as an office manager for a doctor for the last 2 of those years. I have a large dog who is 8 years old named Thor. Him and I both enjoy being outside and active. The other roommate is Shali, she is 24 and works for a daycare center for special needs children. She has been in Canada for 4 years and is originally from Sri Lanka. We have known each other for the last 2 years as we lived together previously. We love to listen to music, watch movies and shows but also explore the city for what it has to offer. We are open to adding to our friend group but also understand the need for personal space. Currently Shali and I share weekly chores to ensure that the location stays clean and organized. We want all of us to have a fun, safe, and comfortable environment.
