The private bedrooms are for single female tenants only (each room for only one tenant). 4 bedrooms in total is in this suite. 4 ladies share a bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and living room. -Direct bus routes go to UBC, Oakridge skytrain station, Joyce skytrain station and downtown, etc. Located in a convenient area near 41st Ave & Knight Street, 3 mins walking distance to R4, #41, and #22 bus stations, as well as nearby restaurants, grocery stores, a pool & fitness centre, park, and more. -The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with free street parking right in front of the house. -Rent is $850 per month, all-inclusive, with a half-month rent required as a security deposit (refundable if no damage is caused). -Please note that parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed.
