The room can come partially furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference.

Things you should know about the house:

• One of the roomies owns the house, so you would be living with your landlord.
• There are 2 bathrooms - 1 has a full shower/bath, and the other just has a shower.
• We’ve got a big kitchen with lots of cupboard, fridge, and freezer space.
• There is an under height basement with a laundry room, a big open space (with a guest bed for traveling friends and family), and lots of storage space.
• Both the front and backyards are full with gardens, and there’s a greenhouse in the front yard.
• One of the roomies has a little black cat who is indoor/outdoor.

Some things you should know about us:

• There will already be three women living in the house, plus a little black cat.
• We are all in our 30’s.
• We work full time, (part time from home).

Things you should know about the house community:

• We are a pretty even balance between introvert and extrovert.
• We enjoy spending time with each other, such as sharing a meal, and we also value quiet solitary time.
• We’re really close with our neighbours - the neighbourhood is full of lovely people, many children, and lots of pets. It’s an amazing community to be a part of!
• We’re not big partiers, but we do enjoy hosting and spending time with friends.
• We host friends semi-regularly for dinners, board games, and hanging out. We also have a guest bed to accommodate friends and family who are passing through town.

We are looking for a roommate who is:

• Clean… leave the space better than you found it!
• A good communicator.
• Happy to chip in with our rotation of household chores.
• Appreciative of our shared values of 2SLGBTQIA+ acceptance, diversity and multiculturalism, and reducing our environmental impact.
