About the room

Hi! We’re one guy, 2 girls looking for one other to share our 5bdrm character house. 3 now, looking for a 4th & will maintain extra room as spare, office, flex space. 2 Full bathrooms as well. Flexible for any time July or Aug 1st or whatever might suit you…(we just took possession, but have lived together for 4yrs. Nice top-floor room available with large window & door that opens onto balcony : ) We’re all busy with work and other projects & aim to keep a respectful, tidy, comfortable home & hope you appreciate same. The room will come mostly unfurnished, though items like a bureau can be available if you wish. If you’re already familiar w/ the neighborhood, that’s great - we’re @ salsbury/pender close to major bus lines, donald’s market, cafes, restaurants etc. In-house laundry machines of course, & private courtyard out back.
